Pamela Wing, Owner, SeekingSitters South Bay

I was born and raised in Burlington, Connecticut.  Shortly after graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Quinnipiac University, I relocated to Southern California to pursue a career in technology solutions. For over 11 years I provided turn-key technology solutions for large and small companies in Southern California.

With the birth of my daughter, Jenna in 2002, I realized that the demands of working with one of the largest computer manufacturers were impacting my ability to give my family the support they needed. At that time, I decided to purchase my first business with the hopes of spending more time with my family. For 9 years I worked hard to build a successful business providing consulting services to the hospitality industry. During that period I became a member of SeekingSitters to help with my family's childcare needs and loved the service! In the spring of 2013, I received a message from the owner of SeekingSitters South Bay.  After 5 years of running the business she had decided to sell. The timing was perfect!  I was ready for a change in careers and take on a new professional challenge. I sold my business and purchased SeekingSitters South Bay the summer of 2013.

The South Bay is my community.  I believe that by providing local families with high quality choices in childcare, I can have a positive impact on the children and the families that we serve. Kids are only kids once but their experiences and memories last a lifetime!
